All reservations must be made through our website, in person, or via our official WhatsApp line.
A reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email or message from Zustel Hotel.
Guests are required to provide valid identification at check-in.
Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.
Check-in time: 2:00 PM
Check-out time: 12:00 PM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Zustel Hotel accepts various forms of payment including bank transfer, credit/debit card, and Paystack-powered payments.
A 100% payment is required to secure a reservation online.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the check-in date to avoid charges.
In case of a no-show or late cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and lawfully at all times.
Damage to property or disturbance to other guests may result in removal from the premises and charges for damages.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking areas.
Outside food and drinks are not allowed unless approved by management.
Food orders can be made through our online menu and confirmed via WhatsApp.
Guests are responsible for checking food allergens before placing orders.
The hotel shall not be responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left unattended in public areas.
